Hi,

I have a problem with wrong profile on pages without Itemid. Here is my “Language & Page assignments” settings:

Pages Profiles
All Page default
All / 101 frontpage – 101 is my default home menu item

I want the “frontpage” profile to only load on my home page. Every other pages should use the default profile.

Everything works ok until I visit the page without the “Itemid” in the URL. The main problem is with VirtueMart which doesn’t add the itemid to the url on the checkout process.

When visiting page without Itemid the “frontpage” profile is loaded though it is only assigned to the Home menu (itemid 101). If I assign the frontpage profile to any other menu item which is not marked as default I have no problem.

The problem is obviously related only to default home menu. If there is no itemid in url the T3 framework (or Joomla?) probably thinks it should use the profile that is assigned to default home menu. I also created new profile (copy of default) and assigned it to the VirtueMart component but there was no difference. “Frontpage” profile is always used for pages without itemid.

Does anyone have any idea how could this be solved?

Hi,

I just tested this on localhost and it’s working, please check again that you have selected the correct menu item and set CSS and JS optimization to OFF (followed by cleaning your cache) to see if this is working.
