I downloaded ja_muzic template and the after I installed it I had the ja_vintas template loaded on my site ?

so uninstall it, and dl the JA music QS, that is go here http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=498 untick the top box so all sub items are unticked.
Then tick only the QS (Quickstart) you wish to use from the top 2 items either Joomla 2.5 or Joomla 3 version and dl
