Hello, When I click on "edit" in the Services Manager of JAEM and enter my username and password of JA for authentication, it says "wrong username & password". Screenshot attached. Please advice!

I tested my account on your JAEM Component and it worked correctly
Try to reset your password then clean cache and try again to authenticate.
