Have you purchased the copyright removal kit? As per Joomlart Policy only developer members can rebrand their sites and remove the JA copyright links. Regular members can not remove the Footer link (as you have removed). One need to purchase Copyright Removal Kit.

Please update your site accordingly.

drarvindc is referring to the copyright link in the footer.

Unless you mean there is one somewhere else?

on a random look, i did not find any oddly placed joomlart.com link on his site. may be he can tell us where he has got extra joomlart.com.
