I apologize for this uber-newbie question . . . but how do I use the Xenia User Guide.

I originally assumed it would be a pdf or something, but – as you know – they are web files.
Do I install them somewhere? How do I view them?

Download the zip, extract it, navigate to the file you just extracted it to, and click on the userguide.html document. It should load in your browser.

Thank You . . . . I thought with the files and images folders in there that I needed to upload it to my server to view them properly.
