Hi,
http://www.fasi.biz
almost finished (sorry translations are still a lot to do) and quite satisfied with the work. Please let me know how it works with different browsers, expecially when display is resized, using “tools site”, or if the frontpage ja news rotators doesn’t rotate.
Thank you very much for help

September 25, 2007 at 5:08 am #229974Everything seems to work fine here. How about adding a few pictures? Pure text is not so inviting to read. An image now and then makes it easier to structure the content and to get a quick idea what the text is about (just my opinion though :))

Yes, some more images can make it cooler. Just it’s not easy to find good images related.
The text deals with fund-raising matters; we’re building a database with Incentives, subsidies, grants and tax reliefs provided from European Commission and Italian Government.
Can I ask you which browser you use and if resizing the display with “tools site” gives problems?Thank you

Andrea</blockquote>Hi Andrea,
how about some charts? Financial items usually deal with statistics in one way or the other. It could even help to understand the text better and will give the eyes some place to rest while reading the text.I have watched at your site with firefox and Netscape 7.1 and resizing was no problem at all.
Wait a minute … yes, no problems with opera either .. 🙂September 25, 2007 at 5:51 pm #230021<em>@bluecafe 28313 wrote:</em><blockquote>Hi Andrea,

Yes, I’m looking for something on interests rates and how to implement. Also found a module on Stock Exchanges (data retrieved from Yahoo) but still not tested. If you know of something good pleas let me know.
🙂Thanks
October 9, 2007 at 2:32 pm #230856I added a weather module, jvtempo, and Time Zones, both very good!
But I have some display problems with modules ajax made:
Ajax reader 2.8,only with IE7
Ajax Stock, only with Firefox.
Also these ext are anyway very good!
I hope there wil be suggestions. 🙂Images are attached

October 9, 2007 at 3:04 pm #230857Your site looks better than ever…..must agree with others..a couple of images on your home page would bring the site to life and improve it even more. Even just a couple of thumbnails next to your headlines.
Very Good though
October 9, 2007 at 3:53 pm #230858Thank you Mfcphil !
I’m working on images. It takes a lot of time to choose good images and check if they can fit in layout and are related with content items.
It would be good an ext that picks up images and videos automatically from a repository, organized in categories.
I’m looking if a similar ext exists! 🙂Ciao
Andrea
http://www.fasi.bizOctober 20, 2007 at 4:13 pm #231266Hello,
some users told me the site is a little slow, so I’m working on perfomance and on Joomla Forum I got the following grader:
http://www.joomlaperformance.com/component/option,com_performance_stats/Itemid,53/Attached there are results of my site http://www.fasi.biz, and I’m not very happy about them 🙁
More details are available (i can’t load an image with all of them 🙂 ) and It seems that Xenia is so beautiful and powerful but is not thought with perfomance, because of too many images, css and script files that browser and server have to manage.Any suggestion? or I should post this in wish list forum?
Thanks
Andrea
