I have loaded the latest quick install of the ja edenite template and when I tried to get the sample data to install, it returned with an error about xml .
I continued the first time and I did get the template installed, with no modules etc. so it’s useless. I tried again and keep getting this error.
I have done an install of JA teline2 just fine with the same mySQL, hosting etc. and a few Joomla sites already so I am baffled as to this problem.
Anyone have a simlar problem and how can I resolve this?

OK, I have installed another template and now want to try simply installing the edenite teplate- this should be a no brainer, but the zip does not include a separate “template” folder called edenite like I would find n any other template..it has all the css, html etc. unpacked so the question is, can I gt a simpl template folder/ download for this template?
Well I renamed the Templte folder and copied it into the other Joomla install an it seemingly works.. I can see the template and the previous changes I made..I have to check the extension out..
Well, thanks to ME for spending way too much time getting this installed!

The lastest quick install zip includes Joomla 1.5x and the templates

2495, unzip, you will have sample_data.sql then copy overwrite to installationsqlmysql folder
Reinstall again
Thanks, I will try this. I have to do a fresh install for another demo site, so if I encounter this xml error, I will try this method to repair the demo files.
