Im really mad because last night I paid JATC Standard Membership with Paypal then login into the Member Area and the payment is not registered. Nobody is helping me, I already did the payment (I used the 4 of july coupon “35OFF4JULY9B3”) for a total of $109.50USD for JATC Standard Membership – 1 year (included: JA Copyright Removal for 01 domain, QuickStart / Product Installation Service).
Are you a serious service/product provider? I really thought that.
I need to download my theme because I have a deadline website to launch, if I knew I gonna have this issues, I could decided to buy from another joomla themes company but no, I decided to buy your membership and I’m very disappointed.
I have sent a couple of tickets and nobody is helping me. What else I have to do?
I submit a ticket with the id #XVP-836-70359 and provided more information about Paypal id ticket payment.

Nobody has contacted me (not by ticket support, facebook or here). Do I just gave away $109USD and lost my work? :'( I know is 4th of july and congratulations by the way, but I have work to do.
