Hello,
I’m having a small issue with two sites I run on Joomla 1.7.3 using the JA Business template.
The issue is with the contact forms – when the email form is filled in and the send button is pressed the following message is displayed:-
“You must provide at least one recipient email address” i have a valid email address entered in the global settings, the contact component and the email component (aicontactsafe) and nothing seems to clear the error message. The receipt of the email sometimes works and sometimes fails but is always logged in the backend. This causes me an issue as it is sometimes a week or more before I can check the backend.
I’ve scanned through all manner of forums for a fix but no answers appear definative. There was some suggestion that the template may replace core files so i thought i’d asks the question here.
Sites affected here and here.Thanks

November 16, 2011 at 3:52 pm #424924Hi,
I couldn’t help you on that, did you try contacting the developer of the component ?
Regards
November 16, 2011 at 4:49 pm #424931Hmm Ok thanks for having a go – I’m sure its not the component from what I’ve read elsewhere its a php problem I think, I don’t know enough about it the start messing with that. I had no problems with this component on J1.5 and in localhost environment.
November 18, 2011 at 3:24 pm #425271Just by way of closure on this – I got bored of messing around scouring forums, so I installed a new contact form component called FlexiContact. The error message no longer occurs and i’m receiving contact email again.
