You can use the Ja_Extension_Manager component to update your Joomlart installed extensions or you can access template download page HERE and select each single component to download.

When I go to the component, I got the following error:"Sorry, no version uploaded in Repository
[Upload now]"Where and what do I need to upload then!
I can not upload these file: JA Masthead Module

I succeeded in download and tried to upgrade.
Then I got the next message:
Errors occured during upgrading, please fix them fist
MySQL path is not configed
MySQL Dump path is not configed
Local repository path is not configedWhat do I need to do now?

You need to install the Joomlart extension manager , your screenshot regards Joomla extension manager
after you installed Ja extension manager go to the left menu and click on configuration item then click on save after saved go to Service manager item and select the joomlart updater service , fill in your joomlart account then make it as default service
Now you can update all joomlart extensions directly from it.
