Do JA provide a template to build a site like Youtube?

I have seen another option but cant find it now. I think it is called colatube or something like that. Can anyone propose a platform for building a site like youtube….

You are talking about function features like Youtube or layout like that ?
About function features i think you will need made your own custom extensions to do that. Until now i don’t know any extension could do as Youtube.
