Thanks for the info, I checked your site and see that you’re using PHP 5.3.29 which is pretty old, please contact your hosting provider to upgrade it to at least 5.4.x or greater then let me know so I can continue the investigation process.

Regarding your hosting documentation here, you might want to check it via cPanel or contact them directly if you’re using shared host. This process is pretty quick and they can do it for you without any trouble in 5 – 15 mins.
