April 14, 2011 at 7:39 pm #386424It is really hard to say without seeing your site. However, I would suggest an easier method og inserting video such as this would be to use the superb all videos reloaded component available from here – http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/multimedia/multimedia-players/video-players-a-gallery/3955
April 14, 2011 at 8:58 pm #386439thanks, i will try it.
but i do not need so powerful tool.
i need just to add only one video from youtube to the MODULE (not in the article!)
In the original “JA Cloris” module for 1.5 joomla all was ok with this module with video, but i am lost the original html code of this module.
May be some one have it? and post it here.In the my first post – wrong html code that was find by me on this forum.

April 14, 2011 at 9:53 pm #386442What page of Cloris was there a video? I cannot seem to find one.
There are many ways to embed a video. An iframe was I believe how it has been done in some JA template demos but I do not like that method. The tool above is simple and powerful and will not leave much overhead. If you can point me to the page with the video in the cloris demo I can post the code for you.

If you open modules and look on the position “page4” you can see module with name Video.
text title is “Get to know JA Cloris”, below block with Youtube video.Phill ModeratorPhill

April 18, 2011 at 10:54 am #386895That is not published by default but here is the code.
<div class="page-wrap">
<h3 class="page-title">Get to know <span class="orange">JA Cloris</span></h3>
<div class="video-wrap">
<object width="670" height="404" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://www.youtube.com/v/NnD2n_NBGMg?fs=1&hl=en_US&showinfo=0&rel=0">
<param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/NnD2n_NBGMg?fs=1&hl=en_US&showinfo=0&rel=0" />
<param name="wmode" value="transparent" />
</object>
</div>
</div>Notice the “<object> tag” may be being stripped by the editor which you can disable depending on which Joomla version you are using.

April 18, 2011 at 12:08 pm #386908In that case I am guessing you are using Joomla 1.6?
In Joomla 1.6 there is a new feature called “Filters” which is causong problems for many. Even with “No Editor” selected it strips code from articles and modules. To turn it off go to the “Article Manager” page and clicl on the options button in the top right corner of the page (The button that looks like a light switch). It will bring up a new window and one of the tabs is marked “Text Filters”. Click on that and set the administrator and the super users group (and any other groups you want to enable) to “No Filtering” and that should solve your problem.
If you are using J1.5 as per your first post then please PM me an admin logon so I can take a look for you. Please include a link to this thread in your PM.
