Could you help to whitelist IPs from these countries: Italy - India - Vietnam - USA ?
We tried above link of Securi to whitelist our IPs but still can't access your site.
How about a U.S. based VPN.
It is obvious that Securi is going to keep blocking even though I have white listed and unblocked countries. I asked them about it and they said their algorithms will still block depending on the type of traffic. If it is a U.S. IP you should have no worries.
I can set up an VPN through our server here temporarily. Is that something we can do to get this corrected?

Could you disable Securi for temporarily while we check the issue?
Once done, you can enable it later.
Again...... I have disabled all the settings but Securi's agothrithm detects your activity on my site as suspicious so it puts the block on.
I cannot disable Securi any more than it is without reconfiguring DNS records.
I have offered a VPN solution. Are you able to use a VPN to obtain a United States IP?

I tried to use a US based IP using VPN
and it again blocked my access : http://prntscr.com/ltu4e8
I am afraid its hard for us to debug the issue till its blocking the access. Kindly temp. disable the security or take a full backup of site and install it on a subdomain where the security is not active and we are able to access it.

As we mentioned above, we did clicked that link to whitelist IP, but everytime we access backend of your site, that locked screen appears again. Could you temporarily disable Sucuri so we can help?
That requires major changes on on the Securi end and my server end. I am confused as I have had many developers access the back end with no issues.
I have removed all blocks on all countries. Please try again.

It seems that the info was copied incorrectly, it's removed and put into Fields in your first post. Please don't put info in your reply as it's Public.
Pls check and update again and tell me how I can access with that info.
This is getting crazy.
3 months later and 75 posts here and still no resolution. I try to communicate by giving options on how to access my site but the information is deleted becuase this case is being handled in a public forum.

As you can see in the Fields of your first post that VPN info doesn't look right that's why we ask again. It's rarely there are so many posts in a thread like this but the issue comes from sucuri which prevents us from accessing your site. It takes time both you and us.
