I just successfully logged in using WinSCP with the details provided. Can you please try again?

skullmonkey Hi. Do You mean a positioning of the menu or the broken look?

Can You please tell me step by step what was done before this appeared this way?

The broken look is since yesterday. I guess some of you guys played with the css?

EDIT: The CSS override was turned off bu your team I guess. Now its fine.

The bug is not fixed. The problem @tetibite suggested was due to turning off the override.css support but the problem with the menu not returning to its place its still there.

skullmonkey Hi. Is it happening on a special page/device/browser? I've just tested it in Edge, Chrome on my PC with 5 or six different pages from the menu and it works fine. Please guide me to where I will be able to see this problem.

skullmonkey but the problem with the menu not returning to its place its still there.

Can you also add your ftp details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look as the above CSS suggested would make the menu positioning right while it is scrolled down and up however will cause hinderance in default stage so not a feasible solution

For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Also, Kindly try and update to the latest version of GK News 2 i.e.3.2.3 as the same comes with new features, major updates/improvements and various bug fixes as you seem to have quite older version installed currently

Would suggest to take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

I just updated to the latest template version and the problem is still here.
The css from teitbite didnt help. The problem is happening on every page.

About the credentials for the FTP and admin panel, they are here in the edit field of the first post from day one. Do you have problems logging in?

          Thanks,
          Gorast

skullmonkey About the credentials for the FTP and admin panel, they are here in the edit field of the first post from day one. Do you have problems logging in?

Kindly review as valid hostname is required to access ftp in edit fields.

skullmonkey Had been able to access the ftp now however unable to resolve the crux of the weird issue as it is happening due to reason outlined here and several customizations done from default stage in core template files

Have requested other team member to take look. Please be patient while we revert back
