Hi,

I have had this problem in the past (with the utaffi template) but unfortunately cannot find my old ticket... sorry in advance for that!

I have enabled offcanvas for mobile devices. The icon shows up but when i press it (on mobile devices) it opens up blank with no menu links showing.

        No unfortunately when testing on a phone it doesn't show up. If I test it on small devices from a computer it does show up, but from an actual mobile phone it doesn't.

            Good morning,

            I updated the site and installed the latest version of the template. Unfortunately this only resulted in the design of the site reverting back to that of the original template. The menu still had the same problem on mobile devices. Therefore I reverted back to the site prior the update.

            If there something else I can do? It was my assumption that I had a wrong setting in the template and that is why the menu doesn't show. Is there a way I can access my old ticket to see how we previously fixed this issue?

              Hi I have resolved the issue.

              As soon as I turned off mobile detect everything was fine.
