I have check the invoice configuration and it was not setup so have configured it and retest with the same results

      Maybe cache issue then as I just tried to replicate the same with provided link but it worked.

        One last issue is with the item price in the record.

        The amount is using a "," not a dot "." I can't see to change the setting in the payment options as it will not save with the Dot as the separator
        Similarly the dollar should be AUD but remains as USD

            I'm guessing that it does save it correctly as it's now working but its just showing the wrong info when you go back into the admin payment options.

              We're facing this issue before but it's already fixed so I need to have a closer look at your site and see what's wrong.

                As we are getting a lot of booking at the moment so I have disable your access to the live site but have now create a copy of the site at https://campsomerset.com.au/splat/ which you can access with the same details to do your testing.

                    Is there any restriction for specific IP addresses? as I tried to login but still no luck, if yes, pls add exception for these IPs:

                    113.190.254.239 / 118.70.176.221 / 14.239.192.120

                      check and it is unblocked. can you give me a screen shot of the issue you have in logging on

                        The ftp works now and I updated this file: /administrator/components/com_dtregister/models/payoption.php

                        I try to change to AUD and use DOT and it's changed now, kindly check.
