facebook required opengraph tags to get the images. Otherwise it will use the random image or no image.
You can try the open graph extension from JED it helps you to add the tags for facebook share.

        I attached an image of how it appears on facebook only the name of the domain appears, the demo that you have in GAVIK, everything works normally. It is assumed that if one installs the QUICK package, it is the same as it is in your server. I installed TAGZ plugins and nothing works.
        I have worked previously with Gavick templates and I have never had this problem, I have also worked with Joomlart and I have never had problems.

            Facebook use opengraph tags as i mentioned in previous post. can you change the template to default Joomla template and check the page, is it share the description?
            Also edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff.

              I installed the Tagz Open Graph application, I configured it with the data it requests including the ID of our page and it does not work either. I changed the default template to Beez3 and there it works and visualizes the page, which shows that it is a problem of the EVONEWS template, since when we load an image for an article and we put a subtitle, it does not display it either. I installed the envonews template again in j1.redacciohn.com as well as you give it, without touching anything and it does not work to share in facebook. I do not know what to do because I already installed an open graph module and nothing.

                    Kindly check it now. The OG URL is using https and your site not using SSL.
                    Now you can see the image thumbnail http://prntscr.com/oh3yhw , I also disabled the 3rd party plugin as template already added in the open graph tags.

                    You can disable the admin access if issue is solved for you.

                      Dear pankaj, I appreciate your support and the solution to this problem with Facebook, I checked and it works well. But we still have problems with the subtitles of the images in the articles, as I mentioned in a previous post does not display when the article is displayed.
