I changed the php.ini myself. That is a common thing for components. But not the solution to the issue.

However the database situation is beyond me...and the link you provided would take hiring a guru of some sort to understand. Had I known this was going to be a component in need of major database knowledge, id chosen elsewhere. No other components I use have asked anything like this of me.
Point being, this is not something i can understand or fix.

Let me know if this is fixable...otherwise will retrieve a refund.

I just want to get a refund...since there is no clear answer to fixing this. How do I go about doing this.

I spoke with hosting company...there is not a solution to this. There settings are not optional in certain areas such as these. One of the largest hosting companies..so they are up to par. Said cant change settings unless on dedicated server. Said the program should be built to allow lower settings, or a way to upload in smaller sections.

Not angry...just want a refund as this is unusable and we have to find a different option. First component to give us this error.

What you suggested to change in file is not possible with this hosting company. They have set limit size and you cannot alter that. So if that is the only fix, then it cannot be done. Ill contact for refund.....not really what I want or need but no choice at this point.

Already did that...not gonna happen. Just need a refund.
