The template package doesn't have AcyMailing, only quickstart package of template. But you as I mentioned in other topic, you should download installation files from Acymailing, not in template package as we don't provide this component - it's a 3rd party extension.

AcyMailing doesn't provide the old versions, and I don't know what to do to bring back this custom Newsletter style.

We download that version at the time of creating template, unfortunately I don't keep that version any more, again, you need to contact acymailing for installation package.

But in a conversation I had with them, they told me that they provide paid installation package for AcyMailing version 5, if I have an account in their website.
They also told me to use Chrome developer tools to create a custom CSS live on the website, and when I will finish it, I just copy the code and add it to Joomla template custom CSS file.
But with the help of the template providers. 
I regretted deleting the old version. if I knew, I wouldn't do that!
