How to eliminate duplicate posts?

It not duplicate as you can see both the users are different, when a user like a post it will show his reaction.
A duplicate means when it shows same item repeated with same action.
You can control the frontpage activity by user points.
Disable a JomSocial user point will not show that activity.

Please check my last post carefully.
It will work only for user points present for activity. Once a user point disable new activity for the same will not appear.
Check the lost of of user points to see the description of each user point.
Again its not duplicate it's normal when a user react on activity it will display in wall stream.
why do you complicate. I don't find the same video interesting several times on the timeline, even if it’s just a reaction, it’s not cool. the video should be posted several times, only when it is shared or reposted. now, every time someone likes a video it is reposted this is not cool

I already taken the feedback, its not a bug or something request by others to add asap. Its more personal view to not show such item. I request to you be patience, the new changes are always welcome depends on the requests.
If you want to customize it asap you can use custom work services.
