Hi purchasingsssft

Could you check in spam box of your mail if the mail goes there?

I just tested the same by embedding S5 Quickcontact module into an article (no position assigned) but I still could send the mail.

Regards

Hi. Its not there - if i refresh the page it then sends and i get the green box saying message sent. This is not shown when i have it embedded without a position - although the pop up box stating its been sent is shown.

If i give a position to the module it works fine.

It is sitting alongside another embedded module (mymaps) so i don't know if that is interfering?

I have just added it on its own with nothing else, into an article with no position set - and it doesn't work.

If i now give it a position (above_body_1) and remove the loadmodule from the article - it works

I can live with how it is - but ideally, i would like it to work by loading it as a module into an article

purchasingsssft Could you share the admin account of your site? I will take a look if I can help

Also tell me the module ID + article you want to add into.

Sorry i can't do that. Security procedures.

I am using Light Church template - i setup the module - then insert it into an article but it doesn't send the email. Sometimes if i browse away and then back and refresh the article it then sends. It only works if i put the module into template position (e.g. right).

I may have to look at another email form component if we cannot fix this.

          Hi purchasingsssft

This seems to happen on your site specific, that's why I asked for the login info as I did test at my side, but it works well even I did not assign to any position and embed module into article.

Ok thanks. I'll see about trying a different component in the near future. I can live with it at the moment using a template position.
