There seems to be conflict there, could you share the FTP account also?

16 days later

It's done. I changed the fields in my first post and shared my FTP account so that only the moderators can see them.
Thanks a lot and see you soon.

rufdaz It's an issue in Joomla 3, I just updated this file: /templates/ja_teline_v/helper.content.php

    Kindly check.

    Checked, it works. Thank you!

However, there is another problem with the tabs, namely:

    -Tab Most read

    - and the Tab Latest news

They do not display any articles

      Hi rufdaz

Do you mean the modules in 'tab-1 & tab-2' positions?

I try to revert the code I changed but the issue is still there, it happened before I made changes, right?

If yes, pls help to submit a new topic and share the login info there so it's easier to follow.

      Regards

Yes, these are the modules in the 'tab-1 & tab-2' positions. (See screenshot in attachment)

I don't know if it happened before or after the code you modified.

I will still submit a new article.
However, what login information do you want to share? (I don't understand the meaning of your request. You have all the passwords on the first post dedicated to the moderators).

      Greetings

rufdaz I mean you can create a new topic for this issue, it'd be helpful for community if others face the same issue and share the login info in that new topic.

        Okay, fine.

However the problem of the modules in the positions 'tab-1 & tab-2'. are still there (See screenshot in attachment).

        Thanks for your help

        Greetings

rufdaz I meant that you should create new topic for this new issue as it doesn't relate to the topic here 🙂

Ok, I agree. I will do it, but first I would like you to help me to solve the problem of the 'tab-1 & tab-2' modules. They don't show the most read articles, nor the last articles. (See screenshot in attachment).

          Thanks for your help

          Greetings
