This is incredibly negligent on your part and highly disappointing!!!!!!! I have placed my faith in Joomlart for many years now and would have expected that system security would be high on your list. Backups are basic!!!!!!

As I now have no choice but to edit HTML for my sites I am finding it difficult to locate where the email addresses that previously were entered for sending contact information from a contact us block. Is there documentation that describes every block and where that information is?

    This is the first time we're encountered this issue, we're truly sorry for this.

    As we mentioned in the main thread, you can edit content via HTML editor (with latest version) or via Database or re-create pages (pages created before 8th October). We can help you to rebuild that page. Kindly share the URL + super admin account and tell us the page you want to rebuild

    1) I have loaded your new HTML version and I am able to edit the database but I cannot find the email addresses that are used in the contact form when submitted.

    Can you tell where I can find it or is the only way to have you recreate the page?

    2) Also, since you are able to recreate the page why can't you provide us with a tool to do the same or instructions as to how to go about it. There are many developers anxious to have their sites working again that have their customers angry at them and sorry is not cutting it.

    3) Did you not have backups? Or were your backups faulty and untested?

      This is unbelievable and how cloud services should not work. I need to update the whole site. Please recreate the structure for me.

      The new update for JA Builder helps you to change the content easier via HTML editor. Unfortunately, to edit old pages like before you need to re-create that page again. There is no tool for it right now, we do it manually also.

      Could you pls list the page you want to edit now? we will re-create that page for you.

            What are the estimated timescales here? It's been over 14 days now, I've tried to be patient but this is becoming ridiculous. Yesterday I highlighted three websites in tickets that needed recreating urgently out of the 10 I have on JA builder. They started one the same day but only did 5 pages out of 20!! And then replied to the other tickets saying only urgent pages get recreated!!! Those three whole websites are now urgent!!

            I have the ultimate developer package but does that mean anything...no. You are forcing me to look elsewhere for template builders.

            Will we get any compensation for this situation? Your error is costing my business many, many hours of my time, checking websites for pages you're missing when recreating, then checking pages in detail, then switching them over to the main menu. This is a huge amount of work you are costing my business, will there be any compensation, a free years subscription...I doubt it.
