Hi,
I have changed the database collation and the problem is still there.
Besides, I have restored the website with the appropiate database collation (utf8_unicode_ci) and there was any problem with special characters in the modules but I have installed the new version 3.4.3 again and now it doesn't display some characters.
Therefore, there's something wrong with 3.4.3 version of the module.
Could you check it please?
Thank you so much.

Best regards

Could you share the URL + super admin account of your site so we can check? and the module name.

Hi,
I could share the url but I'm afraid I can't provide you super admin access to the website.
How can I send you the credentials to access to the frontend of the website? for it is a development website not publicly available.
Thank you so much for your help.
Best regards

        Hi,

I tried to access your website back-end with the provided account but it does not work. Can you please check the first login Password and admin account again? So I can check and help you solve the issue.

            Hi

It seems relate to the database collation your site is using now - which doesn't work well with special characters like your language.

Could you change the database collation of your site to 'utf8mb4_unicode_ci' and re-create this module again and see how it goes?

If you're not familiar with the database, you can ask your hosting provider for help to change this.

And remember to backup your site first.

            Regards

mdCYF Could you give it a try first?

Switch the database collation + re-create this module and see how it goes.

Could you grant the permissions of super admin for the provided account?

and share the access to PHPMyadmin, we will check directly for you.

                Hi,
I'm afraid I can't, just tell me what you need to check and I'll take a picture.

Thank you so much for your help.
