I have installed News Show Pro GK5 and I am experiencing some problems.
For instance, a module displays 5 thumbnails but I have configured it to show only 4.
Besides, the header should display only some words but it is displayed in its entirety.

        And I need access backend of your site to check all the settings as I just tried to show 2 instances of News Show Pro GK5 module in a GK template but it worked:

            mdCYF It looks like you're still using Joomla 3 with K2 content, you can consider to move to Articles content instead as K2 is not compatible with Joomla 4.

              then the problem is K2? for the moment I can't update to Joomla 4.
              But are you going to update the module News Show Pro GK4? I reported a bug some months ago in this same thread and suggested a solution but I haven't received any news about it.

                    mdCYF The IP address from my place is dynamic, not static IP. Could you add this IP also? 27.72.60.238 (of whitelist IP addresses from Vietnam)
