I am having to demo the component via the demo version as I am not willing to purchase the pro version until I am satisfied that it will work.
1/ I have attached screenshots of the layouts I have issues with. The CMS looks absolutely aweful in places and I would not give that to my client.
2/ we have used pop up windows in some of the text areas that are not working as pop ups. They open the website page in the window of the component so it looks very strange. Please advise

ja-developer that is correct - we are trailing the free version but I can not purchase a membership until I am confident in the component. At the moment the above issues need to be addressed. Once I am confident in the component I will purchase a license but not before then. See my issues / questions above and please advise. I would really like to get this set up quickly so would appreciate your response asap

That has the same Pro version and has different features.
There are many difference in free and paid version.

Ninja it doesn't look that different - I really need to know if the iframe from the linked text we create is going to work. Can you provide a 7 day trial on the pro version so I can test properly? Also I do not get notiifed of responses when they are received here?

its not same, Sorry we do not offer the trial, as we have the demo site and full access for demo user for to test the component.
Try the demo site and replicate the process on it, let us know if you have any issue.

You can do modifications, custom ones, in any parts of the backend or frontend, there is a separate CSS file that is used to modify the CSS in front. For deeper modifications, you can use a Joomla developer.
