Hello,
I was asking about this issue before, but will open a new thread..

On our webpage newrationale.de the Image Show GK4 is not showing properly as it does on your demo page and some other page I made with the same template.
Don't know where the problem is.

My client is using a very big screen (I'm working on a 15"), I attach a screenshot from him.

Unterneath the pictures a hugh white space is showing, but not so on your demo page.
The animation is not as smoth as on your demo site but with a staccato.

Please help me to solve this issue!
Please feel free to make any changes if needed.

Thanks in advance
Nicolas

Hi Nicolas,

If the height is not enough, you can increase the height value in module settings as I suggested in another topic from you.

At this moment, it looks nice at my end:

Hello,
I changed the hight up to 900px and the pic shows full screen, but that looks only good on big screens, on my 15" not and I can scroll up and down, that's not good and not as on the demo page.
I need the header to be fixed, no scroll, full screen.

I'm using exact the same config as on my another page (http://fetting-messer.com/) but it shows totally different on newrationale.de
What's wrong?

Thanks in advance
Nicolas

I just made a test and uploaded ALL the original CSS files to see, if there is a problem - same as before 🙁

On big sceens, the images load up in correct size but after about a second they get cropped and the hugh white space appears underneath.

I installed the quickstart template and here, everything works fine...

    Hello Saguaros,
I installed the entire web on another url and found the error!!!
When I mark "home" in the english and german menu as "home", the white space appeares.
Unmarked the page works fine, but I can't switch between languages.

So here is where I would need your help.

    Hope that helps

Meanwhile, I made a custom module with flags to change the language via url.

    Regards
    Nicolas

To resolve this issue, I must move the language switch module to section near the copyright. And also add this class suffix to homepage of both languages: frontpage no-mainbody

It should be ok now, kindly check.

    Hello Saguaros,
thank you, I think, for me the problem is solved, although there are still strange things going on.

If I set the english and german menu with each "Home" as home in its language, (the change you made recently) the GK image slide won't slide smoothly but the image loads and suddenly jumps a little up.

Not so, if the menus won't have each it's own language.

But that's a very minor issue, but maybe could be interesting to solve.
    For me, it's solved!
Everything works fine and the big white space dissappeared.

Thank you Saguaros for all your time and patience.

    Kind regards
    Nicolas
