You can replace the old vertex framework with the new one that has bug fix and improvement. I've tested it at your site backup and it worked well.

I am unable to connect to your host, please re-check the ftp account info so I can help.
If you want to do it yourself manually then simply unzip the file vertex.zip and replace the old vertex folder: templates/curb_appeal/vertex with the new one. Then the issue should be resolved.
