I would like to update my Social2 tamplate but I can not download it. I do have an active subscription. What can I do?

Hi Jens,
With your 'JA Pro' subscription, you should be able to update latest version of JA Social II template: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-social-ii
You can backup your site and download latest versions here or using JA Extensions manager component to update.

Unfortunately it is not possible to download the template. I always have the notification "You need an Active Subscription".
