GK_University frontend editing issue

We are having an issue with our Joomla 3 site at https://littlelearnersdaycare.co.uk when doing frontend editing
If you login to the frontend and go to blog>edit blog posts then select the top item it opens for editing
Sometimes it works ok but on other occasions it doesn't show the article in edit format and just displays the post but we cannot edit it
We noticed in the developer tools an error - Uncaught ReferenceError: Tips is not defined

Is this something you can help with

Further testing we also get these errors

ReferenceError: Hash is not defined

Uncaught TypeError: SqueezeBox.initialize is not a function

As I can see that you're using quite old version of GK University template, could you take a BACKUP of your site and install latest version for template?

Remember to backup first.
