Hello, I have updated the template to its latest version available through JoomlArt Extensions Manager and my page shows this error:

Class 'Joomla\Component\Content\Site\Helper\RouteHelper' not found

I am using Joomla 3, I hope you can help me.

    Hi mark-fl,
I think you are facing the same issue here.

The new version of the template is updated for Joomla 5 so I guess it has backward compatibility with the Joomla 3 version you're using.
If you have any changes in the template, you can backup files and update the template with the attached file (unzip and replace it on your site).

    ja-blockk.zip
    4MB

    Hope this helps!

dominic Hello, I have already followed your instructions but unfortunately the problem was not solved despite clearing the cache, I want to add that I also updated all the Joomlart extensions installed with the template, what else can I do?

        Hi mark-fl,
Could you send me the admin account and FTP? We will check the issue.

dominic ok, I have already edited the fields so that I can see the connection data to the administrator and the ftp of the site

            mark-fl Hi

There is backward compatibility issue with Joomla 3 of the new version of JA Content Listing module, I updated these 2 files on your site to fix the issue:

            /modules/mod_jacontentlisting/helpers/adapter/content.php
            /modules/mod_jacontentlisting/helper.php

            j3-comp.zip
            11kB

            Kindly check.

            mark-fl I disabled the debug mode 😉

P/s: Support has ended for your version of Joomla 3.10, you should consider to migrate site to Joomla 4/ Joomla 5 asap

saguaros I'm sorry to inform you that not all the links in the top menu are working, some are but not all... Could you please check if they all work for you?

I updated another file of article view: /templates/ja_blockk/html/com_content/article/default.php

              defaultphp.zip
              4kB

              Kindly check.

saguaros Now if everything looks good, just one more question: I have one more website that is using the same template, how should I proceed to update so I don't have this problem again? You mentioned that it was provided by the JA Content Listing module, right, can I update the T4 Framework, JA Blockk Template, etc., without any problem, or do I have to perform another procedure?

All of these fixes will be included in the next release of JA Content Listing module and JA Blockk template. It needs some more testing and the new version will be ready very soon 😉

saguaros ok, thank you very much, I'll wait to update until the next release, best regards to you!

mark-fl We released new version for JA Blockk and JA Content Listing. You should backup your site before updating these latest version.

saguaros ok, I will try to update as soon as possible, I hope everything goes well if not I will be writing to you about it.. thank you very much! 🙂
