Hi Mark

It's weird as I just create a new page called Test but I don't see it's save to sub-menu of any menu item.

Could you check again?

No, nothing saves as submenus at all...very strange!

In Backend >> Components >> T4 Page Builder >> you can assign the new page by clicking the button Add menu link and assign that page to the menu as you wish.

And let me know if you there is any other issue.

No, this is now really frustrating. I have said many times THIS DOES NOT WORK, of course I have tried that many times! if you try yourself you will see which is what I thought you were doing? Just tried again and article H4 will NOT save at all.

Please this is now dragging on and becoming a real issue!

Thank you,
Mark

Hi

I just assigned the 'Test' page and it's showing on frontend now.

Could you check again?

Thanks, but can you tell me why it will not save as a sub menu? And specifically why the page I have mentioned (H4) will not save at all? I would really like to understand what I may have done wrong here?

ramsey1971 but can you tell me why it will not save as a sub menu?

I just tried and the new page is set to sub-menu item of the welcome page, it worked, right?

ramsey1971 And specifically why the page I have mentioned (H4) will not save at all?

I can save this page as well:

Hi, ...ok so...yes you can add the page as a sub menu - BUT....The page immediately reverts to OFFLINE...have a look yourself,. the test page you added as a sub menu defaults to "unpublished" whatever you do? So, hope this is clear, the sub menus will not Publish at all under the welcome page.

please have another look, really need to get this resolved now.

    Thank you,
    Mark

    Hi Mark

I don't see T4 Builder on your site now, could I re-install for you?

    Hi

I re-installed T4 Builder into your site + create a test page and create new menu item and it's published normally.

    Could you take a look?

      saguaros
Ok, so please look again, I added some content to your test page and moved this to a sub menu under "welcome" - the page does not render, nor does my test page (test5) show at all!
      Why?

I tried to 'Rebuild' that menu item + clear all caches on your site and that page is looking good now: /index.php/welcome/ja-test

      Kindly check.

Ok, getting there... BUT, every time I try and save a page to a menu it defaults to trashed? please tell me why
? seems to be an issue with menu saving on T4.

Appreciate your attention to this asap. Thanks

      Hi

I think something wrong with the database and Joomla on your site, not T4 Builder.

For example, the home menu item of your site: Meet the team << this is Category Blog page - a Joomla page but I can't publish it.

I totally disagree with you here, please try yourself to publish an article from T4 page builder to a menu - and default that to Home - it immediatly goes to trash. I have never encountered any issues at all like this and only since I purchased T4 builder has this caused massive problems, Sorry but I do expect a bit more help here!

Joola db is up to date and on the latest version!

so why are all these T4 pages not saving to a menu!!!!
