    You can translate by overriding this language constant: TPL_CONTACT_FORM_LABEL

      And other fields are defined with these:

      TPL_CONTACT_CONTACT_EMAIL_NAME_LABEL
      TPL_CONTACT_EMAIL_LABEL
      TPL_CONTACT_CONTACT_MESSAGE_SUBJECT_LABEL
      TPL_CONTACT_CONTACT_ENTER_MESSAGE_LABEL

      or in Backend >> Components >> Contact >> Fields:
