Hi,

Whenever I try to insert an image into the S5 Masonry widget, it automatically inserts the image as a thumbnail. How do I insert it as its actual size?

Hi @dtierney19

For us it is very important for debug purpose to look at the issue directly on user website, so if for you is not a problem would be better to share your website url and a temp super user access to it .

HERE you can see how to keep your details private and visible only to admins and mods.

Regards

Are you able to add access details for the site to go alongside the url

    Thanks
    Paul

dtierney19 Try to add featured image with dimensions - 600 by 388 pixels approx. in the respective posts assigned to accomodate with the available space and as also seen on the demo site and then, also change the Item widths accordingly as seen in screenshot for the widget assigned

aman204 I added an image with the same dimensions and made sure that the *item widths* has the correct settings and I am still facing the same issues. What should I do now?

Kindly confirm if I could replicate similar steps as suggested through earlier post on your site and thereon, show in the results being achieved as envisaged

dtierney19 Yes, you may replicate similar steps as suggested earlier. Thank you!

Kindly check now as the images are reflecting fine with dimensions as given earlier. Ref: Screenshot as I have created three posts assigned to respective category - Web design which you may edit accordingly

aman204 Yes. These images that were included with the widget work; however, when I try to upload my own images with the same dimensions it does not work. It continues to appear as a thumbnail.

Having tried to replicate with steps outlined by you, The issue of thumbnail creation by default is due to wordpress in-built feature for which I have set thumbnail size to 0 in Settings » Media as per tutorial here and you may give it try now by adding your own images
