Can you share your active membership details as Gk Events is a premium product and requires active JoomlArt's subscription to get support or updates.
Can you also please provide screenshot of similar area alike as posted here for reference

        Seems like you made a mistake with the purchase as you should be getting GK Pro memership, not JA Pro membership. Do you want us to help you change to GK Pro membership so you can access Gavick products and support?

          Can you change this membership? Otherwise we will pay twice and need only support for the php error on the event template.
          Maybe you can help us to change ?

          GK Events should work well with PHP 7.2 already, make sure that you're using latest version of GK Events template.

          We also switch your membership from JA Pro to GK Pro membership, you should be able to access GK products and support now.

              You may download and install the same from here. Ref: Screenshot

              You may install the latest template package the usual way by "Upload package file" method - https://extensions.joomla.org/blog/item/3-ways-to-install-joomla-extensions/
              The latest version will supersede the previous version template files by default, however, It is highly suggested to take backup of your site before performing such steps in case rollback needed whilst facing any issues e.t.c

                  Installed the template again. On the test environment nothing works.

                  PHP 7.1 and PHP 7.2, both gives a strange error ""Perchance to Stream with HTML5
                  Maybe we have to upgrade also all the modules but i only installed the latest version of the template package now.

                  Can you help me? We have not a lot of time because our hostingprovider will migrate the domains to 7.1 automatically in a few weeks.

                    Yep you will need to update modules

                    I'd suggest turning error reporting to maximum if you haven't already - if you get any fatal errors this will try its best to list them either on screen or in the source code view option in the browser

                    As Aman said please have a working backup before updating
