Spider2 To troubleshoot, You may try for the following :

    1) Kindly try to upgrade to stable php version i.e. Current Stable PHP 7.2.10 through cPanel or you may ask your hosting provider to do the same. Also,
    2) Changing Select a content source to another image path

As I am unable to replicate any such issue on local install

    Hi There Aman:
The php is already set to 7.2 (has been for a couple of weeks)....
Are you suggesting that I create a new folder in the media files and place the images there?
Does not seem like a good solution to the problem.
    Cheers,
    Tony

No, I wished to refer to changing the content source to another image source folder to see if the issue still persists. You may kindly try the same

Having reviewed, Your site is running 7.2.5 so had suggested to upgrade to stable version as outlined above. Ref: Screenshot

        Can you use the
        Gallery Content Source then...?
I am attaching a screen shot of the issue I am experiencing.

          slideshowphp.zip
          3kB

          Hi,

You can backup this file: [ROOT]/modules/mod_zentools2/tmpl/slideshow.php

Download & Unzip attached file and replace to above file.

I decided to use a different template as this was NOT being solved.
