Hi All

In JA Masshead module configuration settings sound simple to apply. However, when I enter one
e.g. [Masshead option=”com_k2″ view=”item” layout=”item” id=”97″ title=”About Chambers” ] [/Masshead]

Nothing happens on Masshead panel.

What is wrong and how can I make it work?

I received your info. When accessing your site, I see that there is no menu item with ID=97. Please tell me the menu item you want to display JA Masshead module, I will try to check for you.

Hi again,

I just tried to configure JA Masshead module for Educational Options menu item in your site: chamberscn dot com/english/education-section.html

In Configuration Conditions parameter, I add this format:


[Masshead Itemid="123,184" title="Education Options"]Description here[/Masshead]


Itemid here is the ID of menu item in which you want to display this Masshead module.

Please also make sure that you assign this module to associated menu item where you want to show this module in Module Assignment section

If you want to use format as you posted in the beginning of this thread, please check out user guide of this JA Masshead module: http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-module/ja-masshead

Please have a look and let me know if you need further helps.

it makese more sense now. Still I am not sure about capabilities of mass head. Explanations given in manual are not very clear and also images in the manual do not show up, which does not help.

Hi developer. Me again. Now MAsshead just does not show pictures that i identify in the code. Heres the screeshot of settings:

Item ID is 123, which refers to page http://chamberscn.com/english/procedures/initial-assessment.html

The only thing i got to work is the title of page through module assignment but configurations done seem to work at all.

If it’s not what you’re trying to achieve, you can send me the admin and ftp credentials of your site and detail the info you wanna show(title, image, …), I will check it for you
