When I use JA Senecio, I have a problem with VirtueMart checkout when I set the SECUREURL setting to https://.

During the checkout process, after the user selects the shipping address, he clicks Next and is supposed to go to the credit card information page. If I have SECUREURL set to https://, the purchaser gets redirected to the site home page. If SECUREURL is set to http://, the purchase goes as expected.

I’ve run a million tests and have narrowed this down to the template. With a different template installed, VirtueMart works fine.:confused:

Has anyone else encountered this? I haven’t found anything in this forum.

Which version of Joomla and which version of Virtuemart is it?

Sorry – J 1.0.15 and V M1.1.

I was able to resolve this by reinstalling the template. I’m not sure what happened since all of my settings are the same, but the reinstall resolved the issue.
