1. JA Open street map now support Mapbox for routing directions. You need to create an account on Mapbox

This type needs some work on the server. You need to build it on your own server by following the guide given here
- Map doesn't work with special character in Info of Marker
- Won't render potiners with empty latitude or longitude
- Markers with Custom Icons: doesn't show icon in right Location
- Custom icon: set max size for icon upload
- Route map doesn't show the Title Popup
