JA Multilingual Component unfuntional

Hi guys, pls assist to help
JA Multilingual Component doesn't work properly on my local & server.
my website was created based on JA bookshop template.And API is from bing .

it shows only 500 error after long time running on server.
And all translated items is in blank.

same translation setting works on local PC.
However only few icons shows translated and all the rest things shows in blank only.

My local & server details as below.

As the message indicates that issue comes from the server, if possible, put your site online and share the credentials of your site so I can take a look.

I'm not sure it's only the server issue.
As you can see this component works on local, while it's not fully functional.

sorry, login info is not avaliable.
I've reinstall the VPS & control panel, still the same issue.
Even on the other site, same problem.
I believe that's might be function bug.
the rates also seems pretty low at joomla official site.
Joomlart might have to take a look on this.

You can share the credentials here or send to sales@joomlart.com (remember to include this discussion link in the email), it's better with a closer look to investigate issue further as I try to test this in my own side but it works normally.

Hi Paulus, did you solve this error on JA Multilingual?
seems it only has function of giving success msg and creating a bunch of blank items.

I have a similar issue.

504 error not 500.

JA Multilingual a few month ago worked regurlarly.

I updated joomla! to 3.8.7 and virtuemart to 3.2.14 but I don't know if that is the problem.

I also updated JA Multilingual to the last version.

Can you help me?

I don't know if some timeout is changed in the server configuration.

This can be a JA Multilingual problem or I have to ask to my web server admin?

I've received the info but I don't see the Bing Client ID in options of JA Multilingual component. Could you update it?

Yes, pls check again.
I'm running this site for small business and no single penny budge approved.
So I have to use free Bing translate service and it's really difficult to apply new account at my place.
Hope it won't each out limitation.

As I mentioned at the beginning,
it do created items .
but no any content even the menu item is blank.
No matter the front end or back end.
Pls check my server again and look into it.

@saguaros, you still can find the same issue on my server.
just attach pic for you.
pls take a close look and help.
All translated items including menu & article showing blank.
definatly this can't be called main function works properly.

Somehow I missed this discussion and apologize for the same. I guess it due to the settings in the component: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-component/ja-multilingual#component-setting did you try the same. I also tried to access your site with provided info but it seems that you changed it already. Kindly update it again and I will help you out.
