I have a similar issue.

504 error not 500.

JA Multilingual a few month ago worked regurlarly.

I updated joomla! to 3.8.7 and virtuemart to 3.2.14 but I don't know if that is the problem.

I also updated JA Multilingual to the last version.

Can you help me?

I don't know if some timeout is changed in the server configuration.

This can be a JA Multilingual problem or I have to ask to my web server admin?

      I've received the info but I don't see the Bing Client ID in options of JA Multilingual component. Could you update it?

          Yes, pls check again.
          I'm running this site for small business and no single penny budge approved.
          So I have to use free Bing translate service and it's really difficult to apply new account at my place.
          Hope it won't each out limitation.

                  but no any content even the menu item is blank.
                  No matter the front end or back end.

                            At this moment, your site contains the translated items (which don't have title), could you help to review and uninstall these translation and I will try to proceed to translate again?

                            And pls expand your Bing translation service as one of the reason that cause the blank items is your Bing account reaches the limitation of the service.

                                All translated articles has been deleted.
                                this whole server is yours and you can test whatever your want.

                                Regarding bing limitation, I will double check in other PC.
                                Due to bing different regualtion to different region, it might takes days since I've to use VPN to access.
                                on the other side, this bing account is quit new and only applied for few times on present website.
                                If my memory is right, the limits of free account is times than this web's total words.
                                Anyway, I'll check the account status.
                                Consider it's very difficult and complicate to have new account at my region.
                                I'm appreciate if you can help to test in other bing account.

                                      The problem comes from your Bing key. I tested with my own account and it works normally, kindly check your Bing client id again.

                                          1. The blank translation error do comes from Bing.
                                          I tried a deploy new API for a new bing account and rejected with tip of “ can't perform any write actions until re-enable. & etc ”.
                                          They have restriction to the users from different location. And I have to follow the other solution to have new keys.

                                          1. There is only 1 article can't translated and error display as :
                                            Failed: Failed Translate:
                                            Run Registered Task After Translate Table content
                                            Do you have any idea to how to solve?

                                          2. On the other side, the translation leads some error on homepage.
                                            A large blank space appears in the JA slideshow lite module.
                                            I'm still working on this, is there any tips for this error?
