webcasebv Hi, If event has any user in waiting list, event capacity will be 0. Please check and remove them. Then event capacity will show correct number of available spots.

What do you mean by removing the users? Change the status 'Waiting' to 'Pending', I presume?

On filter bar, select status Waiting then edit record that you see.

Change status or record from Waiting to anything you want.
