It is almost a week JA Builder is not functional. We are loosing time and trust in your services. It is happening the second time in 6 months.

GIVE US INFO and DETAILS!

I have the very same issue and even more JA builder claims my subscription needs to be renewed which is nonsense.
I'd expect at least daily updates on this issue.

I just tried to edit one page and I get an empty content section (only banner and header). So I didn't published the page I open not to change the info stored at your place (I hope it is not the same issue with your database as in last year).
I put details in the premium ticket I opened in parallel. This is just to also warn other users not you try to edit pages so far (or to try on a test website as I did and not a production website) until further confirmation.

Same problem here. Content section is empty when trying to edit a page.

I have the same problems. I got to LIVE EDIT - I see the editor. I can login. But the page is blank. What we do wrong?

I get the content of my pages, but it‘s an old version, recent changes have disappeared, though the website still shows the newest version. Seems like the editor has been recovered with an old backup.

That's an interesting observation. I see that some of my newer pages are blank (almost like JA Builder servers had an old backup that they restored from).

I have an old page that comes up with content - not sure if it's old or up-to-date.

I've also got a page that opens in some sort of text edit only mode (see attached)

For those of you who are familiar with html and css and who have used the PB only for speed reasons, I recommend that you take a different path. For each page exists in the database the corresponding html. And always for each page there is a css file that you can identify with the browser debug. If you copy that css in custom.css and the content of the page taken from the database in an article you will not see any difference in aesthetics or loading. In my case I had three PB "templates" and therefore three css files to copy in custom.css. I was worried about the slowness that might ensue. Actually doing tests with the core web vitals I have better results in this way than the pages with page builder. Also because in this way I was able to eliminate PB and upgrade to J4. If you want to make a better job with an editor you can clean custom.css deleting the doubled code.
When I discovered that what I have in the pages depends on the servers of another entity I had no doubts, I am happy with the choice made. To those who are able to edit in html then I recommend this way.
Only the animations don't work, but adding the AOS library you can get the same results and better, indeed there are more options. In one morning I rebuilt a site where there were 24 pages made with PB including animations, it's a pretty fast procedure.

Manit is back but in my case is not saving in all my web sites. I see my account is expired, I lose money, time, hope... Please, someone informed me that is working. I read up that clean cache browsing and another thing, I tried also in a new computer and is not still working. Totally disappointed.
