You cannot change email address yourself, if you want to change then we can help, just let us know which email you want to change to.

i cannot open any tickets. It keeps on promting add 1 more discussion tag and it doesnot allow me to add more than 1 tag.

As shared in last reply you do not have a Paid membership to download paid products, you can only post on free forum tags and download free products.
If you bought membership recently (not expired) and its not showing you can submit private ticket on helpdesk.
As per support policy only Active paid membership users can get download and support for paid products.
You are kidding right? I can't log in to your site and your advice is:

I cannot log in so you suggest I log in to tell you I can't log in. Circular logic is not logic.
So everyone else knows, in addition to this login issue, it's been since October that JoomlArt destroyed our sites and they have recovered only 2 pages of my entire site (actually, they had recovered more and those pages then disappeared again - wth?).
Then, all of my page revisions since July of 2021 disappeared and they try to say it's something I'm doing when I publish the page. What could I possibly be doing? They set up the system. It's one button to publish. It's not even possible for me to delete revisions. But they won't take responsibility for destroying my site and blocking my ability to work or update pages. AT this point, it looks like I am going to have to completely rebuild my site (and we're talking like 100 pages). I wouldn't doubt but that falling so far behind due to this company's issues could get my fired. Yet they are taking their weekends off. This is inexcusable.
If anyone reads this, have any of you had luck with another Joomla system? If so, please share.
I have all your issues and more. They show no recent account for me yet I paid for a DEVELOPER account which is NOT cheap. My destroyed site has had only 2 pages recovered. They've deleted all my page revisions after last July. With the exception of 2 pages I have no way to update my site at all. I would literally need to rebuild it from scratch (and at over 100 pages, I might as well quit my job before I'm fired). And now? I cannot even log in (I managed to, once, by changing my password but when I went to a new page I was logged out and cannot log back in). Yet, they're taking the weekends off.

This thread was about an old login issue few years back. Currently you should be able to login to Helpdesk to access your tickets no problem.
Kindly login via this link: https://www.joomlart.com/member . After logging in successfully, you can navigate to Premium Tickets to view your submitted tickets.

If you tried to login via the ticket link provided inside the reply notification email then it wouldn't work, unfortunately that link is known to have problem.
In order to login to our website properly, you need to directly go to https://www.joomlart.com/member/ .
