        Are you able to use a VPN and something like Hotspot shield?

        It appears we are being blocked due to the Russian state seeking to block Telegram and as Telegram hops from different IPs the Russian state is blocking lots of IPs

            You cannot change email address yourself, if you want to change then we can help, just let us know which email you want to change to.

                As shared in last reply you do not have a Paid membership to download paid products, you can only post on free forum tags and download free products.
                If you bought membership recently (not expired) and its not showing you can submit private ticket on helpdesk.

                As per support policy only Active paid membership users can get download and support for paid products.

                You are kidding right? I can't log in to your site and your advice is:

                I cannot log in so you suggest I log in to tell you I can't log in. Circular logic is not logic.

                So everyone else knows, in addition to this login issue, it's been since October that JoomlArt destroyed our sites and they have recovered only 2 pages of my entire site (actually, they had recovered more and those pages then disappeared again - wth?).

                Then, all of my page revisions since July of 2021 disappeared and they try to say it's something I'm doing when I publish the page. What could I possibly be doing? They set up the system. It's one button to publish. It's not even possible for me to delete revisions. But they won't take responsibility for destroying my site and blocking my ability to work or update pages. AT this point, it looks like I am going to have to completely rebuild my site (and we're talking like 100 pages). I wouldn't doubt but that falling so far behind due to this company's issues could get my fired. Yet they are taking their weekends off. This is inexcusable.

                If anyone reads this, have any of you had luck with another Joomla system? If so, please share.
