My case...

I have a new Joomla 3 (4.2.3) installation in a hosted cpanel server.
I bought the JA Portfolio template.
When we try to import the template files in the extension manager , the site chrashes when import this files.
We tried different PHP server versions ....from 5.4 ...to 8.0
